Updating your details.

Firstily we would like to appologise to any members of our E-newsletter who has been affected by the personalisation aspect going wrong and not being greeted in the way you would like.

With the Change over from the old provider to the new provider not all fields were corrected imported and we are now on the case going throught the thousands of subscribers rectiyfing this.

This could also have happened where, when signing up the text fields some were left blank or incorrectly filled in.

With our new provider you can also amend your record now to keep it updated.

At the very bottom of this and all our newsletters under the signature there are two links. One to 'Unsubsribe' and one to 'Change Subscriber Options'.

By clicking on the 'Change Subscriber Options' it will open a new internet page that looks like the image below

Under your name there is a blue link in brackets. (edit contact information)  In the new window you can amend your Email address, Name and Title.

In our futre E-Newsletter the personalisation will be set to:   Title Surname.

For this to work correctly in the name box please either make sure you have entered your first name or just your intial so the system can recognise this as your First name field and then your surname field.

Once edited please click on Submit Changes and then Save My Subscriber Settings ( Both in Blue boxes)
