Firstily we would like to appologise to any members of our E-newsletter who has been affected by the personalisation aspect going wrong and not being greeted in the way you would like.
With the Change over from the old provider to the new provider not all fields were corrected imported and we are now on the case going throught the thousands of subscribers rectiyfing this.
This could also have happened where, when signing up the text fields some were left blank or incorrectly filled in.
With our new provider you can also amend your record now to keep it updated.
At the very bottom of this and all our newsletters under the signature there are two links. One to 'Unsubsribe' and one to 'Change Subscriber Options'.
